@HoleInTheRoof don't know if you went last year or not, but last year, i packed the kids and wife in the car and we went to the OW game and had a blast. if we we hadn't already had plans to be out of town this weekend, we'd be back.

The hell he ain’t! If he continues to produce, this gets extended out to big money earlier in his career. If he starts going backward, it’s guaranteed money early in his career.

I'm just glad the braves have two of the most exciting young players in baseball for the next decade. One is a generational talent, the other has an extremely high ceiling as well. I hope they lock Dansby up next.

Gonna need a full consistent season from him first imo. Be nice if one or all of the young pitchers start making a pitch for this strategy.

Extend to big money? He’s locked up through his age 30 season. Most of his future value would be gone.

He was a 4 war player as a 21 year old. He probably would have gotten this salary in his first year of arbitration. It’s an unbelievably dumb deal for him.
