Talent is something you're born with, no one is born shooting a basketball.

Doesn't mean some people aren't better or more talented at shooting, but I don't agree at all that it's just "there" and you either have it or you don't.

How have you indicated otherwise? Never cheer a positive development never fail to be front and center when itā€™s going bad. LOL whenever a Vol player gets injured. I see why you would say that - shooting can be honed a lot more than, say, height (not at all) or speed (barely), but there is still something mechanical about shooting which is in your twitch muscles. People are born with varying levels of muscle memory and control. Pistol Pete's son was a great shooter too (though he was still only half Pete's...) and that was no mistake. Other people are born clumsy af and will never a good ahooter no matter how much they work at it. That, by definition, is inherited talent. It is just way more pliable than some talents.

This is my last post regarding this because we are lowering the IQ in here. Yes, it is true I am generally pessimistic. Yes, I go overboard in game threads. You and a few others think I'm actually a UGA fan which I have found hilarious and a bit embarrassing.

Why would you be embarrassed...if untrue? I used to be unsure. I think I became convinced because real fans doing shtick ACCIDENTALLY show it. You never have. Youā€™re an oak. A red and black oak. If you were worried about lowering IQ, youā€™d stop posting altogether.
