And he might pull a manning like presser on us. Never know. Seems it's either that or he's going no matter what. You don't hold a press conference to tell people that you may or may not be coming back. It's usually one or the other.

Yeah, this very well may be a Manning presser but there are numerous circumstances where players use a press conference to announce going pro (either for ego reasons, branding reasons, etc.). Grant is well spoken and could use this as a way to say thanks in a way that a carefully crafted agent statement can't say it.
