But to be honest Fulmer has given Pruitt a blank check to hire assistants so I could see how Barnes would be butthurt. Basilio has literally criticized Fulmer on every turn since he's been hired. During the OC search, it was Fulmer's fault that Pruitt couldn't hire one. He was meddling and blocking hires etc. etc. Guy doesn't have a clue what's going on.
