as a former football player myself, i can say with most certainty that the goal line fumble (this week) was not the fault of Jonathan Crompton. as a former tailback, i know that you are supposed to open your arms much wider than Foster did to accept a handoff from the QB. The announcers are retarded and many fans have just fell in line with CBS's analysis of that play. it was most definitely a fundamental flaw by Arian Foster.
Im not saying Crompton played well, because he did not, but when he did make a decent throw, it was dropped. this makes it very hard to gain any momentum or rhythm. but my only point is that the goal line fumble should not be shouldered by Crompton.
