If anyone looking for context. The guy released a statement saying

““The real cause of bloodshed on New Zealand streets today is the immigration program which allowed Muslim fanatics to migrate to New Zealand in the first place.”


I guess referring to the 49 innocent people executed as “fanatics”. And just being one step removed from praising the murderer.

I don't care what the guy stands for, there is no excuse for physical assault.

You're leaving out a very important word, "fanatics". I'm not defending the guy as you are the behavior of the punk that blindsided him. He got what he deserved and should be arrested for assault.

In my opinion, that is one of the reasons we don’t get more favorable calls… Barnes needs to get after the refs when the officiating is biased.

I didn’t defend him. You’re projecting. I can prove that by admitting it IS assault, he 100% should be charged with battery and he SHOULDN’T have done it.

Now what?

We’re fans so we only see the games when the calls go against us. We don’t see when the calls are going the other way.

The discrepancy between fouls called and free throws shot, especially in the games we lost, says that you are wrong. Even when we blasted UK, the bias in officiating was obvious, especially in the 2nd half. LSU was clear as day and the ref was suspended because of it.

He got an appropriate punishment. Maybe needed to be punched a little harder. Whatever

Edit: didn't realize he justified a mass killing by blaming immigrants. He deserved the egg. And lol at anyone acting like getting an egg smacked on your head is "assault". Use better words.

I don't dispute what you are saying. But why is that happening is the better question IMO. For 25+ games they go inside out without issue. But strangely, in contested games against good, physical basketball teams with length we just arbitrarily start shooting threes and not get it inside?

Both UK games had them calling us for phantom fouls, allowed UK to hook and hold cutters and post ups, and allowed UK to back shove on rebounds for all but the first half of the second game while calling ours. Today, Travis and Washington will be shoving and swinging elbows. Watch and see. LSU was just as bad with all of the above. They are back shove kings. Smart hooked and held the whole game. When it happens and we do not get the calls on O, the players go to the open outside shot. If you keep getting fouled inside with no calls and you are not scoring you have no other choice. Fortunately, Bone went off on UK and made it a moot point in the second game.

UK is good enough to beat us straight up without help from officials. UT is good enough to win the same way as well. Would love to see it officiated that way, but I sure don't expect it with history being history.

And our guards are gonna have hit shots. Even in the first game, we got good looks... Missed way too many.

I think Kyle probably has a tough day today... Lots of length for UK... He can still have a good game.. It just won't come easy.

He needs to be strong!

What would you do if someone hit you in the head with an egg? Somehow I think you would defend yourself. THERE IS ZERO EXCUSES FOR PLACING YOUR HANDS ON SOMEONE UNLESS YOU ARE DEFENDING YOURSELF. IF YOU DO YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET.

And I said the kid got what he deserved. No need to bring authorities into a simple situation like that.

And if I got egged, it'd ruin my day. It wouldn't hurt. I wouldn't call the cops. I would react in the same way.

My views aren't mutually exclusive of each other.

And quit shouting. Save your voice for the game. Geez
