Georgia Tech is going to play a home game at Mercedes Benz for at least 5 consecutive seasons starting in 2020 with Notre Dame.

The cow thing is the stupidest thing the eco-nuts talk about. Billions of animals in the cow family have walked the face of this earth..just fartin in the wind..but now it's a problem...idiots.

And I consider myself a conservationist.

Numbers of cattle in the world have more than tripled since the 1920s. I'm not saying that cows are the problem but I can understand that more of them in the world means their contribution may be larger than it was otherwise

How much front squatting do you do? I switched around the new year from focusing mainly on back squats, to focusing on mainly front squats. What I noticed very quickly was that there was a muscle imbalance with glutes that were too developed (pause), and quads were lacking development. After about 2 months of alternating strength/power and hypertrophy/endurance rep and set ranges, with a focus on front squats and other quad accessory work, the gains have been magnificent.

The first thing that I immediately noticed was that lingering lower back pain was all gone. That was due to overworked glutes (pause) from doing too much back squatting. The next thing I noticed was that the lingering pain in my knees went away due to having a stronger core. Now I'm shedding time on 1 mile, 5k, and 10ks runs almost everytime I put on my running shoes.

I’ve not kept them in my routine for long at any time. It’s awful on my wrists and I’ve currently got a bit of tendenosis in one that is finally dissipating.

Currently, I’ve switched to Hack Squats and leg presses with a narrow stance and low foot position... no ego lifting. Also, single leg extensions. I allow myself 1-2 sets of heavy back squats a week since I am dieting and can’t risk injury. A couple of heavy 3’s, 2-3 reps from failure and I’m content to let my other quad exercises do they real work

Do you not cross arm and let the weight rest on your shoulders?

Ha, I've considered switching to a low bar squat. I squat high bar and break parallel by a good 4 inches. Of course I'm not putting 5 plates on my back either.

Great work. My mobility allows parallel and no more, but as I said, I’m prone to back spasms even if I don’t go into lumbar flexion. Drives me nuts, so I’m cutting depth a hair now

I’ll preface by saying I have done absolutely no research on this, so this opinion is worthless but the premise seems ludicrous to me too
