I just got caught up on the VQ stuff from today. Ageelaw (Lawyer in Dyersburg) and LupoVol (Owner of resturant our coaches were at yesterday) both said his brother was offered a PWO spot and it was not taken well. Ageelaw said he was disrespectful to the coaches yesterday too.

Also, LupoVol says the Dyersburg coach and our coaches are not to blame. He said Dyersburg’s coach has tried to encourage the visit and thinks Russell is making a mistake not taking it. He went on to say the dad is not an issue either.

Ageelaw says Russell was offended he camped with us and was not offered.

theres no saving spots. Pruitt wanting to fill this class up. Doesnt do us much good next next year anyway, wont push us over 25 regardless. Just blueshirt vs not blueshirt 1 or 2 guys

Fisher outcrootin us in our backyard? Hes quite the recruiter. I just read he was all over the west coast and now hes in west tn. He is relentless. A&M was recruiting same or worse than us and he has them top 5. Impressive compared to Pruitt jmo

I would think most people who are ranked #900 would be thankful for any opportunity. If it is true that he was actually disrespectful to our people then I am glad he isn't coming to us. Some of these kids need to get off of their high horse and face reality. I don't care where any of these recruits are from, getting all butthurt over any offer (or timing of any offer) is just ridiculous.

If true this family can happily go to another school.

We got Crouch, JJ Peterson, Banks and others for the time being. Depth chart will look very appealing to 2020 kids. Whitehaven alone has two ILB kids who are far better prospects than salty Russell.

Sounds like he’s high maintenance. I’ve never heard of a package deal to get a top 900 player. Roster space is scarce, so why would we give a scholly to his bro? I haven’t even read what position he plays.

I think Russell is a good player at a position of true need. But he’s not starting next year. So are these guys a package deal for next 4 years? What if the brother isn’t happy there because he wasn’t chosen to be the 12th man or whatever? Do they simultaneously transfer to Memphis?

Bottom line...we need team players, not divas that disrespect our coaches. This will work out for us.

Go to A&M...bye. Tired of these instate kids being offended if we don’t offer early, ask them to camp, or want to see how they look their senior season. My word! Bunch of cry babies.

Everything up until two days ago talked about how respectful the kid was and how thankful he was. Now all of a sudden he is an entitled whiner

*IF he was bothered by that, I'm not a fan of the attitude whether we get him or not.

Know them both. I believe LupoVol. I take Ageelaw with a grain of salt. JMO.

So it's been said he wanted to go to school with his stepbrother. I kinda doubt Jimbo offered anything more. Be interesting to see where the brother ends up.

Sounds to me like he just prefers A&M, for whatever reason.
