That's not necessarily good. Could be two guys vying for the same slot and UT has a pecking order. Calls could be one saying yes or no to Vols and the other getting the info so he knows his options (i.e. we have a spot for you or we don't have a spot). But at a minimum it means all parties are staying in touch and working through it.

Including Gibbs we have 21 for this class assuming Harris is counted towards the 2020 class. Can't we sign 25 total? Dropping Cox and signing Green, Wright, To'oto'o, Bogle, and Robinson would make 25, and would give us as good of a class as there is in the country too

Problem is Cox isn't included in the 21. Those are the ones already signed. So dropping cox won't add a spot.

While Harris is an ic for 2020, hes still a 2019 signee, so you have to count him in the 25 signing limit too. Thus why most believe 3 + Harris is our probable max.
