Roasted cauliflower tossed in turmeric olive oil atop seasoned stewed tomatoes with peppers, onions, and bits of spicy Parmesan chicken sausage; square of dark chocolate with the remains of a glass of California Petite Syrah for dessert

DId you toss the CF in the turmeric EVOO then roast? IF so how long... I Don't do a lot of CF here unless its "Mashed tater type CF" but I'm gonna grow some in my early spring garden I think.

Yes, I whipped the ground turmeric into the EVOO, then tossed the cut pieces of cauliflower in this until lightly & evenly coated. I spread these out onto a flat shallow pan lined with aluminum foil and roasted them in a 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes. Cooking time could be more or less, depending upon the size of the pices and desired degree of doneness.

I bet I could do the same with broccoli, just less cook time. Don't care for cauliflower.

Pan grilled North Carolina yellowfin tuna Steak with orange sesame sauce, butternut squash Soufflé, and kind-of garlic creamed spinach. 1rst photo is plated before I decided to slice it up for me and the wife. 2nd is sliced and sauced ready to eat!
