Vandy's big man could be trouble if Alexander gets some early fouls.

I’m more worried about a sharp shooter killing us. Not worried about getting nickeled and dimed to death in the paint.

If we win huge, then this team has handled success well and will be a reliable indicator or our tourney run. Lettuce

Me and my dad are driving to Nashville from Memphis for the game tonight. We want some hot chicken. Not Hattie B's. Had that.

What are some other good options that won't take forever to go sit down and eat?

Thanks in advance
Pepperfire over on Gallatin Avenue or even Bolton’s. Bolton’s is a dive, but real good.

My thoughts as well, a big in the paint will have his own worries with Grant & Kyle, not to mention Bone, Admiral, & Bowden all willing to drive into the paint to force contact.

Fulkie & Walker available on the bench can offset Kyle having foul trouble too. And with guys like Johnson and Pons being so long and athletic I don't really worry. But Petty did his damage behind the line, he was 5 of 5 at one point from 3. He got fatigued and Bama seemed to go away from him (Bowden blanketing Petty helped here). I knew defensively we'd be fine when Petty kept missing FTs, obvious sign of fatigue. His jumper went away shortly after.

What I didn't expect was the absolutely epic level of shooting slump we had...14% from the field at one point.

Here in Louisiana, the cleanliness of the establishment is almost always inversely proportionate to the quality of the chicken.
Pretty sure that's the same everywhere.

Actually, it kinda is. The only reason customers would overlook the scariness of the place is if the food was really good. Being clean doesn't guarantee bad food, but the opposite is likely true if they plan to stay in business.

Was ready to get my righteous indignation on until I saw the blood from the field stripping. Does that mean those three teams are already dead ducks?
We have our share of weird fans but this Arkansas fan just posted this reply to the kid.

It’s amazing how all of Tennessee’s current commits, signees and potential commits drop in 247 updates rankings. If it were all of bama signes etc, they would have been moved up in the ranking. It’s honestly a joke at this point.

Hubbs was on 104.5 this morning and said Vols only have 3-4 slots remaining for this class. Said Wright, Henry T, and Russell have those with a possibility of Pickens for the 4th. Nothing earth shattering and spent most of the segment talking about tonight’s game.
Any talk on Harris?

Wright, To'oto'o and Pickens would put us well into the top-10, and I don't think it would be close. Russell would have basically no effect on our class ranking. The ranking is mostly based on the top 10 or 15 recruits. The further down your list they go, the less their rating is weighted.

But if we added those 4, that would put us currently with the 4th ranked class. Would've been good for 8th last year and the year prior, and it would've had us right on the verge of top-5 two years ago.
I thought the rankings were based on the top 20 signees for a given year. I really have no idea but I heard that somewhere.

Unanimous best Fried Chicken Charlotte is found peddled out of a particular gas station on the outskirts of Uptown. The place is a crowded dump inside but that chicken is phenomenal.

There’s a little gas station fried chicken joint here in Nashville that has the best fried chicken. You’ll see a line there most days and all it has is a walk up window and then you take your food to go. No seating, no picnic tables, nothing. Hidden gem.
