So you did pick up on my sarcasm. I see you also got defensive when you felt I lumped you in a group you don't feel a part of. That was sort my goal. That is why I try and not make broad sweeping statements about any group regardless of age, race or religion. But what do I know, I am old. As for the horse I ride, it is a fine steed. I have earned the ego I have from years of hard work and helping others. My hat fits just fine. Never really been a boot sort of guy. I have needed chest waders a few times to wade through the BS in here, but I have a good pair of those. It is often better to just say what you mean to whom you are talking about than it is to try and generalize a comment. That way if I offend someone it is the person I was aiming for. GO VOLS!

Oh it was sarcasm. Mine usually takes a little thought to get. Much of it is not worth doing. especially if I have to point it out or explain it. Oh and I am not a toy. You can play with me but you probably will just get offended again. SMH

Despite all the give and take I haven't voted either and won't. Now, that's funny.
Actually, I don't expect many to vote, could be wrong but still don't expect it for reasons stated earlier. Still looking for a horse, though. 😈

So, I am going to put this here:
1) This poll was taken because I got tired of the racially based responses in the Tee coming home thread. The statement was made several times by 2 or 3 posters that Tee was disliked because he won Peyton's NC. VN has succeeded in calling ******** on that with this poll.
2) There have been a couple of pretty denigrating posts in this thread. However, that poster tends to side with 2 or 3 other posters that continue to beat this dead horse.
3) Most of the comments were tame and expected but you still voted which is what a pollster really expects.
4) The initial incoherence of the question didn't help and brought on much deserved abuse.
5) My personal opine of Tee is that he is my favorite UT QB but his comments about only coming back as head coach fueled a little personal dissent. However, he is back and the welcome he got was awesome. He looks like he wants to be here and I hope he can be part of something special once again.

Go VOLS!

No one really. He experienced a humor failure. Or a reading failure. I told him I'd horsewhip him if I had a horse. Like my earlier post where he flew off on a tangent somehow interpreting it a post directed at him, he saw the horse statement as an actual threat instead of the humor it was.

This is the norm for too many people here. You either like idolize someone... or you hate them. You either like one QB and hate the other or vice versa.

I don't dislike either one... Manning didn't get a NC in part because there was a better team around Tee. They're both great Vols. Period.
