Trump claims to really like the horsey piece and the one with a little point at the top, but he's overeager to unnecessarily sacrifice his queen and doesn't give a rip about the fate of his pawns. He also frequently gets distracted for periods of time and will just move the king around in circles while mumbling to himself.

I had never heard of the 57 state gaffe until getting on this board. I've now heard it so many times. Certainly Obama misspoke occasionally. Certainly he told some fibs. But the fact that they keep on coming back to the 57 state gaffe tells you they ain't got much on obama.

Oh come on how much time is spent on stupid things presidents say or do , it’s low lying fruit when they mess up so it gets brought up a lot no more than you if you like your Dr. Your can keep your Dr. does. We are currently how deep into the great Big Mac debate of 2019 ?

Obama’s worst one was if you like your Heath care, you can keep it. And once he was called out, he stopped saying it. Dementia Donald on the other hand sticks to his lies.

Didn't you also hear that he said if he had had a son, he would have looked like Trayvon Martin. Evidently that was deeply divisive and offensive. Still scratching my head on that one.

I don’t think it came out the way he meant for it to but the “ you didn’t build that “ one was a bad look for him .

That's a new one for me. Read up on it (actually has it's own Wikipedia entry--so much for these being buried, right?). Looks like he was saying that entrepreneural success is built on the back of public expenditures for goods and services (public education, police, infrastructure, etc.). Frankly, I think I agree with him.

I didn’t say it was buried . I also said i didn’t think it came out like he wanted it to or was supposed to . When your misspeak turns into a comedy song ... it’s a bad look for you .

He should have said, "if you like your health care, about 98% of you will be able to keep it."

Do you think he would have really said 98% would be able to keep it when he didn’t know himself ? Hindsight being 20/20 and all , I’m sure there are a lot of things presidents would like to go back and reword don’t you?

Of course not. He thought everyone would be able to keep it when he said it. Unlike Trump's lies, Obama actually thought he was being truthful at the time. My point was more about pretty much everyone did keep their health care, the right portrays it as if most everyone lost their health care.

He should have said insurance on the exchange is the greatest insurance ever and if you like your current insurance you can keep it. Approved doctors on the exchange are the best doctor in the world.

Oh, you couldn't keep your doctor. Your doctor is not one of the best in the world.

I would say changing doctors when you change insurance is the norm and the only people bitching about it were the people that couldn't keep their Prescription writer.
