Honestly, I think we have a shot at Top 10 if we land Wright, Toot, and Pickens. I would love to land those 3 and Charles Moore. Not sure how we would do it, but squeeze in Russell somehow and I'd be ecstatic.

Everyone says we lead for Wright, AV says we currently lead for Toot, and AV also says we are in it for Pickens.

With Toot, we have to weather a Bama visit, but the good news is Tosh is supposedly leaving Bama to coach in the NFL. He's been Toot's recruiter and is his biggest tie to Bama.

Pickens is from Hoover, and with Pruitt having coached there back when, along with some other staff ties, we have a shot. Not sure how much of a shot, but a shot.

I genuinely feel as good with the program as I did Midway through Kiffin's year before the wheels fell off. Good coaches decent cruits and a vision to grow. Fulmer has been very solid thus far. Especially if you follow La Vol's narrative.

Absolutely he could but this late in the game and with the particular guys we were recruiting not specifically having a connection to Tee I think the general situation we are in is more the selling point.

Stock rising
Staff rising
Playing time in high supply
Explosive offense
Defensive genius

Bama and UGA adding question marks.

Safe to say the sun just might finally be gracing Smokey's ass.

I'm curious about rumors of more staff change. Supposedly Swain hinted about it, and AV commented on it. Reading between the lines, if it happens, it most likely means WR coach David Johnson moves on. Would be a shame IMO. I thought our WRs did well this year, and I'm intrigued by his work with WRs when he was at Memphis.

This running up the middle shat gets old plus a dual threat that doesn’t run.

I am good with it. I wish we could land Hurts. Will give JC the benefit of the doubt with JG but we need improvement there. And this OL best get better hella quick if we are gonna stick with pocket passer.

Can you be critical without being so globally pessimistic that after reading endless posts, we all want to cut our wrists? (my definition of negaVols)

--I'm ok with sensible criticism; in fact, I'm happy with it

Being serious, I'm curious how JG develops under Chaney. Remember what he did with Crompton? And a good running game is key to a good passing game. Hopefully we have a much improved OL. If that happens, we will surprise people IMO.
