@Atlanta VOL

Aight, I've got my popcorn ready. You said you'd give us the low-down on what all happened behind the scenes once the OC search was finished. Are you still willing to do so?

I doubt that. More likely that owners want to copy the success of hiring coaches that are known for getting the most out of their quarterback. Can't blame everything on millennials. This is more old owners that always try to copy what others are doing. They call it a copycat league for a reason. A couple of them will take a chance every once and a while and steal from what colleges are doing (which is stolen from high school innovators) and then other owners will desperately try to copy it. Happens every decade or so as the sport progresses. It's like when west coast offense spread and everyone who ever talked to bill Walsh got a job. Or on defense the Tampa 2 and everyone started copying that and hiring defensive coaches that worked for Dungy like Lovie Smith, leslie Frazier and mike Tomlin just to name a few. Systems show they work and are copied then someone figures out how to counter them and that's copied and so on. Circle of life and what not. I'm sure a bunch of these "crazy" hires will fail, just like hiring the same old type coaches fail a lot too. But some of these will work out.
Lafleur hire screams Rogers. Just my 2 cents. Nothing wrong with what you said but some of these are reaches and if it isn't QB or personnel driven then it's borderline insanity. I do agree new blood is warranted but as others have said then hire guys with actual significant experience from outside.

Screamed stupid cheap azzes to me. Oh let's get the guy that took 14 weeks to figure out you have to give Henry more than 8 carries a game and they can't be sporadic.

Anything that gives the players more control over their own careers is a good thing, no matter any unforeseen consequences. Same with the rule that allows redshirts as long as you play less than 5 games. Kids already get screwed, schools can suck it up with some inconvenience of players jumping ship.
I say be less strict on transfers

That is pure chaos, and all chaos does is destroy.

Not disagreeing. But I still feel that the Broncos last Super Bowl had more to do with Phillips than anything Kubiak did. As an HC, Phillips > or at least equal to Kubiak.
The defense was a force and that hasn’t been unique with Wade. When his attention has been divided by HC responsibilities, his teams have fallen short. All we can go by is end result. Kubiak has 5 postseason wins including a SB win, Phillips has ONE. They’re both .500ish in the regular season. For a HC, Wade is a damn good DC.

It’s an imperfect system with no perfect solution (transfers)

Can you imagine behind the scene bidding wars for all-American players?

Imagine winning the recruiting battle for Trey Smith, but junior year, Bama slides him a thick envelope and he’s off.

Chaos

UPDATE

I appreciate the effort so much but unfortunately, don't believe your cousin will be able to assist.
Returning from the surgeon and apparently the damage covers the entire pancreas. Removal of a portion (I believe is what your cousin had done) is a no-go for me. Another Dr. specialized in a specific procedure followed by a nerve block, seems to be my only possible resort.

But that came with a suggestion of no working until then, so I could eat and deal with the pain that follows (dropped another 6 pounds to 126 this week).
Because of medical bills, not working is absolutely out of the question As is the cost of a trip to a "specialist's specialist" at/near USCjr for treatment, that he wanted to go through.

Dr. Midis is just concerned with my lack of nutrition and the extraordinary weight loss. But I can't pay what I no longer have.
I'll just do what I can and lean on you guys for support during the darker hours.
Again, thank you all so much for allowing me to vent and all of the kind words and prayers!!!
Love ya guys.

Can you take nourishment via an IV?

Yep...And like I said Chaos destroys. I love college football and I do not want to see it destroyed so a few selfish pricks that don't value an extremely expensive college education can do whatever they want...I am also against wholesale chaos on the coaching ranks. There should be a time limit for guys to move around after the season is over.
