I’m all for it.
If you want a project done then raise your own money for the goal.
And yes I know It’s unrealistic because the government is never going to stop offering free stuff. That’s how they get elected. It would save a crapload of money if or government had to raise donations from the citizens instead of stealing it from us as “taxes”
