He forgot to add that Coley's offenses got worse every year at Miami and Richt didnt want to keep him despite his recruiting prowess in the city. A&M wasnt going to let him call plays there either. He will be a significant downgrade from Chaney.

Andy is a long time vet with a track record of assistants being good. A system that has proved it is long for the NFL. Both coaches you mention have good experience in league. Worked their ways up. You got guys just sky rocketing to the top from mcvay tree and he has only been a HC for 2-3yrs? Look at Lafluer at titans.. that was hot garbage offense. That should be a red flag. These guys haven't been with mcvay long enough to know his system inside out. Those Reid guys know hisnsystem through and through before getting those jobs.

I agree on packers hire tho makes no sense to me. They should’ve went defense imo and built that side of the ball up for the last 3-4 years of Rodgers.

Packers hired him because they wanted to keep their DC, so they couldn't get someone who could demand to bring their own staff. That's what I heard at least.

I can’t beleive the colts Dcoord Matt eberflus hasn’t gotten many calls. He’s been an absolute star this year. I was hoping the jets would go after him.

Sounds like Rucker asked CJC if he'd like to stay or come back after the Kentucky win in 2012 (around the 11:00 mark). Glad he's back. Very interesting to watch this video 6+ years later and how he handled things after Dooley was fired.
