Friday weigh in thread (suns out guns out challenge 8/30/24)

188. Trying to bulk a little to 195, and then do a cut before my wedding/honeymoon. Started consuming around 150-175 grams of protein a day the last two weeks. I'm going to try and keep that up to see if it makes a difference in 6-8 weeks. I can slowly start to see my body respond and take shape.....but fricking slow. My biggest struggle is trying to shed chest fat. I don't know what's up with that struggle.
 
190.5. I'll take that (down slightly) after the holidays. Start the New Year off on the right foot!
 
Not Friday
211 this morning.
I can put 10 pounds on in 2 weeks but it will take 10 weeks for it to come back off
 
I’d gotten lazy and put on a bunch of the weight I’d previously lost. But, I’m back on track and I’ve lost 16 lbs since November 1.

down almost 25lbs. What's helping is that, while I'm still unemployed, I'm on my fiance's schedule, so I'm going to bed before midnight and not staying up until 6am and eating like a killer whale.
