Spellings are most likely attention. I still think movie quotes are skits or other movies. I'm willing to bet that a parody like a scary movie or in living color said "hello Clarice".
Still creates a false memory but not really the Mandela effect.

And not just conversations but seeing people walk through a door, even people you've never seen before. All while knowing (remembering) every word the other person is saying and knowing it was about to happen etc..
