Idk about best position coach on the staff, but our WRs definitely had a better year than any other offensive position group.

Plenty of caveats to that, though.

That’s my thing: the best players on the team were the WRs. But we knew that coming in to the season.

I’m not saying I’d be happy if YAC leaves. But I don’t think he’s irreplaceable. And if the replacement is Tee, I think he’s a net upgrade.

I don’t have access to the UGA Rivals Board, but there is a thread on Volquest saying their mod has said Chaney does have an offer from us.

Maybe @ the 4 year, $7.5 million range?

So we just settle for being in the tournament every year? Just resign ourselves to accepting a sweet sixteen every four years? Any top shelf coach knows and expects to win at a high level. If coach doesn't want to come here because of expectations, then they're a failure before they walk through the door.

Final 4? Look at the trajectory! She's going down hill. No excuse not to make sweet 16 for the past two years. She's hit her ceiling as a coach.

False memories, different reasons

The argument was Mullen was a good coach but would never recruit great at TN. And we would eventually need that for a CHAMPIONSHIP.
Not that he was a bad coach or couldn't get 11th at freaking Florida.
