Here’s what’s odd about the “official offer” coming out today. Why today? If the reason for holding off as some have suggested was to let him coach his team in their bowl game without distraction, then that doesn’t make sense. This seems to be a major distraction. Someone help me out.

Yep,, shift in minset. Not enough kids that have that Morris attitude - "I want to be part of building something".
Now, it's just take the Bama incentives and keep the machine rolling.

Talent is everything. Saban is possibly the greatest but I've never seen anything like this.
Relationships with Bama's other coaches? Nah, they move on too fast.

Recruits top 3 breakdowns now - "Alabama?, What can you say, it's Alabama."

Didn’t Matthews also say the potential OC has SEC experience? If so, wouldn’t it rule out Yurcich? And technically Sark only has 1 game of SEC experience. We are bringing up Matthews comments and it seems it will be easy to tell if he is full of it with who we hire.
