Yep, Pruitt needs to focus on defense. I believe the problem with our last guy was that he could be very indecisive.

I said over a week ago that we offered him like 1.3 a year. Never heard of yes or no. But if this is an “official offer” then he has accepted which is amazing. No one gets offered a contract unless they have accepted the job.

You are correct. Pruitt wants to just be able to control the defense. If Yurcich comes to UT he has control over the play calling etc. I think with us recruiting the style of WRs we are recruiting, it shows Pruitt is not against allowing the OC to run their style of offense as long as we also incorporate a run game into that. With Yurcich being a seasoned OC I think Pruitt has less to worry about then he did with Helton.
