Yet another losing season for vandy. Fine by me, even though I still like Mason.

It's gonna get worse. Kids have no interest in playing in these meaningless lower-tier and often cold-weather bowls. The only time a team gets pumped up to play in one is when they are full of young talent and the team hasn't been to one in a while (i.e., our dismantling of Iowa in Jax) or when it's a G5 team playing a blue blood P5 team that had a bad season or is slightly vulnerable.

Would much rather see more playoff games.

Weirder things...finish that sentence. Hubbs and crew can and have been wrong but off-base isn’t their modus operandi. If they “hear” something, it’s been said.

That’s the thing tho it’s not just our Ad/Staff. You have to think of any candidates agent, family, staff etc. something would come out about them even if it’s basically nothing.

It very well could be a coach waiting until after a bowl game/ NFL but i am sure we haven’t offered the jobs to anyone but freeze and yurcich

With you. It’s inevitable, but bowls are hanging on through politics et al. One of the big bowls has a guy in charge and ONLY organizes that bowl and nets $1 mil a year. Gotta break that racket but making the bowls more a part of expanded playoffs could be the solution.
