Waiting on BB's outrage at LG's callous post.
I can't wait for Trump to throw a curve ball and nominate Merrick Garland to replace her. I can see a whole bunch of Senate Democrats standing on the steps of the Supreme Court Building clearly in a conundrum and asking "Sh!t. Now what are we supposed to do with these 'Oppose ___________' signs?
Elite or not a lobectomy is extremely painful especially with someone who has advanced osteoarthritis like rbg has but at her age an epidural is usually a no no. With her being so bent over, hard for her to expand her lungs post op. She was relatively healthy going in, but the lung that is now missing becomes a potential space for fluid to fill in, causing further problems breathing. Her biggest enemy is pneumonia. She is a tough old broad. For someone at her age to even make it through a surgery like that is quite amazing but we know the Elite get the best healthcare in the world compared to anyone else.
One of our cats had the same surgery Tuesday and is doing well at 12 years old.Elite or not a lobectomy is extremely painful especially with someone who has advanced osteoarthritis like rbg has but at her age an epidural is usually a no no. I may not agree with her politics but she sure is a tough old broad. Hope she survives this well.
Of course, he looks like a baseball with his fur shaved and a million stitches. It amazes me that he was up and around and sent home 30 hours after surgery. I doubt that a human could get out of bed.Awww I’m glad. It’s a tough surgery. My pts always said, “ they never told me it would hurt this bad” my response was “ they have never had the surgery”
Oh we had them up in the chair the next day. Movement sucks at that point but recovery is much better for those who move.Of course, he looks like a baseball with his fur shaved and a million stitches. He's moving around like there is nothing wrong, except he has a bonnet on to keep him from his stitches. He jumped up on his 2 foot high perch first day back.Oh we had them up in the chair the next day. Movement sucks at that point but recovery is much better for those who move.
Your description of your cat made me laugh. Glad he’s doing well.
