I’ll agree, the ESD does cause overreaction for an unfinished product. If he gets those guys and we’re top ten, it’s copacetic. If we finish about where we are now, it’s not good enough. It's funny reading this after all the posts about Butch not swinging for the fence. It's not like he didn't get several homeruns and doesn't have anymore coming up. It just didn't happen today.
No, no, no, you can't be enjoying yourself while we're in here fixing all the problems.Wow, just caught up reading the posts for today. Some of you guys may want to hide the sharp knives and put away the scissors because an OC is probably gonna be announced pretty soon. If this recruiting class turned you off, the OC hire may just push you over the edge. I spent the day playing golf and that's my plan every day until the weather get too rough. See you on the flip side.
OC was not the topic today as other's have noted. And that's not the discount the fact that we have an open position on staff.I think Pruitt's comments about the OC being overrated was to get off the topic. He clearly didn't want to discuss anything about the OC position or the search and shut the media down every time they circled back.

I thought he was talking about recruiting because coaches leave so much.Ahhh.... My biggest fear is a comment that Pruitt made today. He said the OC position isn't really that important because it's the head coaches offensive theory is all that matters. I hope that doesn't mean what I think it means.
Our defense will be good next year....
