He also basically said that hiring an offensive coordinator isn't a priority. What do you guys make of that?
I asked you if he was wrong. You gave an answer and I simply pointed out that it was a better argument than your assinine response to him. You came back with another assinine response instead. It's not my argument to make. I simply agree with him based on the context.Where's the deflection? You gave no counter argument, but rather parroted GaVol's sentiment.
The 1st half of 2016 was the facts I based that on. It’s been a while since a grown man has called me cute. Thanks. I think.
His plan is working. He is only in year 5. He said early on that it takes 6-7 years to build the program.
5 years in almost everybody wants to pull the plug and run him out of town.
It's his conservative nature that has him in hot water. Very similar to when Fulmer and Chavis got called out by the UCLA coach that beat us back in 2008(My brother got me tickets. Everyone should swim in the Pacific Ocean as an adult.). Still they didn't change..
The players can still save his job.
Win out and he won't be fired.
That's what I want.
Go Vols!
Beat the gumps

He is wrong. You can't have it both ways, we can't have enough talent to beat "awesome" Auburn and Kentucky, then not have enough talent to beat a mediocre-at-best South Carolina, and Vanderbilt.
So which is it, are we devoid of talent and beat Auburn and Kentucky because they played us poorly, or did Pruitt get out-coached by USCe and Vanderbilt even though we have superior talent?

AND could only scheme to get 6 TDs for Julio Jones (arguably one of the top 3 WR in the league) in 14 games. Didn't have a TD the first 8 games! I'm not impressed. And, with other potential OC's available, I would be FURTHER depressed about our prospects if Sark becomes our OC.Not sure I'm overly fired up about a guy who flamed out at USC and cant keep a job coaching Matt Ryan and Julio Jones.
It's college football and that's why they play the games. Teams that have talent dont lay down and quit. That doesn't in any way take away from flashes of what could have been that we saw in the SC, UK, or Auburn game. It is what it is. The team had no depth, talent was thin, and some of those guys just flat out QUIT. That ain't on Pruitt.
So far I agree. It's a little underwhelming. Going to be a slower build than Jones had at this rate.
Butch-Love? I’m sure I do need to work my reading comprehension(I don’t why you mentioned that.), you might should work on your own. While I'm happy to help your flagging self-esteem, you should work on your reading comprehension, or it's going to get you in trouble.
Also, you have to own your Butch-love, cause it was way past 2016 that you were defending him...

I did want the Vols to win out in 2017. I want that every year. Certainly when it means a win over the gumps.
Were you one of the ones that wanted losses so Butch would get fired?
