They say 80% of the work gets done by only 20% of the employees. So we have that going for us.

i don’t think the intention of having the playoff was to put the 4 most deserving teams into it. It was made to put the 4 best teams in it and I struggle to find 4 teams that are better than Georgia. ND is certainly not one of those teams and I don’t think Oklahoma is either.

Imagine being penalized for playing bama. Top 4 team before the game, then they lose in a super close game and they get worse?

I think 80% would’ve liked Freeze. Maybe even Briles. Definitely Sean McVay.

Should be a chance for all P5 champs barring obvious ooc losses

With Auburns record and that some ranking system will always be used, Washington would not be an issue.

Byes being an advantage is a legit concern but I see no big difference in that and teams that don't play a conference CG.
No system is perfect but outside of Bama's ridiculous run, there's usually a legit shot of #5 taking down #1. Once you get into #7/8 so on, not *as realistic.

I could get down with Chaney. He's one of the few on the planet that I think shines under an overbearing coach.

I also read somewhere that Chaney is known for being really funny and a fun guy to be around, anyone know if that is true?

Gotcha. He has a decent offer list and one OV to Alabama. Looks like he is being recruited for TE and has the size we need. Wonder if that means we are either trying to add another body that won’t take a spot or getting rid of one of our TEs this class to recruit a different spot.
