We knew that, but the bumbling and fumbling were gone. If this is as bad as you think, then wouldn't it be reported similar to the crap show that went on before Fulmer took over? So far, there's none of that-- nobody really knows anything.

I don’t think it’s all that bad. I just don’t believe Doug Mathews at all basically. It doesn’t make sense.

I think Pruitt's happy with his staff. That's a key factor, because the new OC will need to integrate and execute with existing personnel. Not the easiest thing to do, especially when the OL coach is the HC's best Friend.
Is it safe to say fit with Friend is one of the biggest drivers?

Mathews is going to look bad if there ends up being several interviews after ESD. It really ought yo be a solid hire, if u believe his story. I hope the unnamed SEC coordinator isn't Ludwig. If that is the case better call Fedora.

I could be wrong but I believe that after we get this staffs recruits on campus in the system and S&C program alot are gonna be glad we didn't give friend walking papers........

If the current strength and conditioning program is a success this off-season, then a lot of our "problems" are going to miraculously melt away.

Yes, but we have to have complete buy in and rid the cancers that was mentioned by players. That why I said get this staffs recruits. But yeah I agree.

Swain was on the zone in Nashville while ago, and below are some highlights.

Said while he respects why fans would be skeptical that it has not affected recruiting and we should wait to see who is hired before getting too worked up.

We should focus on Basketvols because they have earned it.

Recruiting still looking good regardless of OC and said he didn't think it would away him a ton if he was a recruit.

Pruitt wants a multiple offense with downhill scheme, and fit is a big issue since no new guys to make OC comfortable.

Of the people he trusts we are starting over (no sense of 95%)

The fact the OC can bring no one with him presents an issue.

He didn't offer a list of new names that Pruitt is looking at but said the list of good names is getting shorter and we should expect new names over time

Sark and Kitchens was mentioned, he specifically said Pruitt should look at Canada.

On the road for biz and 1st stop I had since interview so wanted to share sorry if dupe.

Personally Pruitt is creating his own issue by not allowing any OC choice to bring in help to install the OC’s system.i understand friendship but you was hired to do a job and turn around a program, stepping on friends toes should be the least of his worries,he honestly can’t expect anyone to take this job without allowing the OC to bring in his people to install his choice of offense,it’s just not going to work like that,we all seen how shoop turned out taking this job without bringing his own people. The “narrative” of the perfect fit will never happen with this track of thinking it’s just common sense pruitt is naive.
