Sarkisian has done well with Ridley and getting Jones more involved each week along with Coleman becoming the featured back in Freeman's abscence and the emergence of Ito Smith and Austin Hooper.

I think Dan Quinn is on the hot seat for 2019 because Atlanta was a big favorite to become the first team to host a Super Bowl and Arthur Blank will not stand for a long fall from the top echelon of the NFL.

I don’t know man. I would send Sark packing before Quinn. I would say there has been slight improvement in Sark from last year to this year but with the injuries it has been a little tougher to evaluate. He still doesn’t scheme to get Julio the ball close to the goal line and he doesn’t throw to those great backs nearly enough. He called a good first game against the Saints but that game against the Eagles was more of the same crap as last year and the Eagles aren’t as good as last year. All I know is the offense took a nose dive the second it switched from Kyle to Sark and last year they had almost the exact same offense as the one that resulted in a Ryan MVP and Super Bowl appearance. Their PPG dropped by 10 points and they didn’t have injuries last year like this one. This year they are 14th in the league. Even without Freeman that isn’t good.

I can't put this year on him as a Falcons fan. The OL is hot garbage. That, plus the injuries, gives him a pass. He has shown some improvement in his scheme (or he got out of Ryan's way one). At the same time people I speak with that know X's and O's still say he is a major part of the problem. As for UT, it just seems like there are too many question marks with him to rubber stamp it. I don't want another wait and see guy.

It's a case where the stats were misleading. Alabama could not consistently run the ball in that game. They were in all sorts of 3rd and longs because they'd run on 1st and 2nd down for minimal yardage. Over 40% of their rushing total came on just 3 plays; 40% of the total on 9% of the rushes. 40% of Scarbrough's yards came on one carry, 48% of Hurts's yards came on one carry, ArDarius Stewart ran a reverse or end around (I think) for 25 yards.

They lost that game because Deshaun Watson played out of his mind and made a ton of throws.

He has some of the best offensive players in the NFL, just doesn't do a good job. Would rather have Will Friend than Sark.

WTF are you talking about?? He was a wreck AT usc...He's cleaned his life up and his offense with one week notice for him as OC scored 31 points vs Clemson, it wasn't the offense that gave up the last score of the game...on the last play. Im sure you think Knute Rockne should be the choice...Mo Ron!!

I agree the injuries make it tough but we were healthy in week 1 when we started the season the exact same way we ended it. Poor play calling at Philly and fewer than 20 points. This Falcons offense should practically never be held under 20. It has happened 6 times this year and the last game was exactly 20 thanks to a garbage time TD with :14 left. The NFL is never wait and see so it will be interesting to see what happens. Don’t get me wrong though, as a long time Falcons fan I’m used to 5 win seasons like it seems we will have this year.

He literally defied logic when it mattered most vs Clemson by calling 30+ passes. Secondly, Saban obviously didn’t think highly of him since he went out hired Daboll instead of retaining him. Third, the Falcons offense has been a train wreck. They have literally took gigantic steps backwards since he was hired.
