As long as no campaign funds were used it is a simple private transaction. They happen everyday in this country and are sanctioned by the courts.

I just read all 250 something something pages of Comeys offered testimony. I find it increasingly hard to believe that the director of the fbi was So uninvolved in any depth whatsoever of an investigation into a presidential candidate. Both presidential candidates!!!!
