Top 10 offenses nationally with a walk on QB, 2&3 stars around him. Elite playmakers don't want to go to Stillwater, OK but they do want to play in the SEC and go to Knoxville, TN.

Temple: Greg Schiano, Butch Jones and Josh Gattis are all interested in the Temple vacancy reports Marc Narducci who covers the program. Narducci adds that interim head coach Ed Foley will get an interview and he believes former Temple assistant Francis Brown (currently with Matt Rhule at Baylor) is also a candidate.

Good to see Butch and Schiano are thought of so highly they are competing for a head coaching job with a WR coach and a DB coach.

Well then that is a FAIL. Those aren't the only 3-4 OC candidates out there in the entire country to take a look at... That would mean Pruitt was looking at 2-3 candidates who he already knew would be longshots and then be left with one vanilla D- hire... FAIL.

Agree. If Pruitt gets Yurcich to come here that is huge and means he is letting him take over the offense. Bc he has full control at Ok state.

I agree with you as concerns money available and who he's interview should lead to a good hire. That's why I believe it will be. The problem is the problem fans always have, that is, something about us, whether it be arrogance, stupidity, or whatever makes us think we know who the good hires would be and who the bad hires would be. I don't mean to hurt anyone's feelings, but we don't know those things. If we hire Lebby you can believe that CJP and CPF believe he's a good hire and they aren't settling.

And it's also much easier for us to make judgements on who it should be because it's no risk; we have nothing to lose. They don't have that luxury. They can't just throw out names and judgements and not worry about being wrong like we can. For us it's a fun little game, but for them it's not a game; it's real and their careers are on the line.
