IMO you want them to declare. We have to much speed on the bench at WR. That being said you’d miss Callahans catching ability and Jennings ability to make something happen and blocking.

Looking at this dudes grades. I’m not as versed as most of you guys, but could he take a academic scholarship and play both?

As a 4.0 student, I'm sure all of his education will be paid for through academic scholarships. This is a coaches dream. Save a scholarship and get a solid player. At 6 foot 4 inches and 275 lbs, he must be a pitcher, catcher or 1st baseman.
