Grant has to stay out of foul trouble and Bowden needs to play big. Lamonte is out. Key to the game will be Pons defensive ability to shut down their scorer. TN wins by 4.

Well, the deal isn't done until all the terms are worked out, and all the necessary signatures are on the contract. Until then, it could blow up.

Also, I'm thinking that as soon as it's finalized, they'll be wanting to tell recruits, so there's no way it won't leak out. So I'd expect an announcement without delay.

If that's not the way they work, it'll be interesting to see what happens, especially the effect on recruiting, and find out why they're doing what they're doing.

So possible guys from the NFL... Are we thinking just Cooter or any others? What about Helfrich (Bears)? Not saying I would even want him as a candidate but I know his name popped up in last year’s search. I’d take him before Lebby and probably Ludwig.

Definitely agree with the first part.
The Schiano deal taught us that even the famous pre-agreement can be broken.
The only way it's a sure thing without a contract is there is no chance another big team wants our choice.

And my rollercoaster goes back down.

Yeah, how could Mathews be right, and all the VQ guys be so out of the loop? Unless the interviews were Plan Bs. I. E. if Enos stayed at Bama.

247 is saying that an offer could be made as soon as tonight. Article mentioned that Briles to FSU is likely and goes pretty in depth on Lebby. Prefaces that no one is sure on who may be hired though.

Def a weird article bechs it doesn't even say if the 3 guys interviewed Friday are finalists.
