If there was court testimony of Briles being a witness, then sure. If not, then I'd say no. That won't stop you from carrying on about it though, will it?

Lot of that but people tend to forget what Briles and his dad ran at Baylor...they RAN. That last season with Stidham after he and two other quarterbacks went down they pummeled a Gene Chizik coordinated UNC defense for 645 rushing yards with a cobbled together shift. Ultimate in multiple offense.
