If my memory serves me correctly, Big 12 offenses have faired pretty damn well against SEC defenses in years passed in bowl games and CFP games. SEC has had to outscore them. Give me 35ppg and Pruitt's D all day.
I'm not telling you how to post or anything, but I'd re-word that.

Someone NOW go get me Haselwood, Ellis, and Briles can grab Jalen Curry out of Houston and bring them to UT...Bagmen, cometh.

I've seen a lot of dumb ish on this board over the last eight years, but this is pretty high up there.

I feel bad for whoever has to reason with you about non-Vol things if this is how you are irl.

I stand by everything but the last sentence in my posts as complete fact. Not even debatable that we were worse under Friend.

I would imagine you could scrub off about 100 yards or more per game of rushing due to the fact that we're in the SEC.
Maybe against Alabama. I’m not worried about the likes of Vandy, UK, Mizzou, USC, etc. Probably a little bit, but not that much.

Posted in another thread but Briles has been in the top 10 total offenses the last 4 years. I would LOVE to have that mindset on our side. HOWEVER. The reason we're in the recruiting forum is because it will take an army of better recruits to come in here & make an impact.
I have faith in Pruitt & after the crazy 2 weeks we've had Im finally feeling hopeful. /endrant

Here is what is interesting to me about Briles and tomorrow.

This is our first weekend of hosting officials. Pruitt supposedly went in home with Haselwood to try and get him to visit this wknd. (Someone posted that in his thread)

It would be pretty convenient to show up on Friday and stay to recruit through wknd.

Maybe this is a formality to meet with others and he and Pruitt have already had their discussions. Could this be the 5%?
