That's called progress :):), I've been here 19 years and watched the city grow from around 20,000 to about 180,000 in population. It will soon be around 300,000 :):). Death and taxes are two things that are always gonna be a given.

I have absolutely no problems with JP taking his time. Getting it right is the only thing that matters.

We rushed to hire Dooley, to save the recruiting class. We panicked when Charlie Strong decided to stay at Louisville and hired Butch because he was the only one willing to take over Dooley's sh** show roster.

We still have a good offensive staff, IMO.

Let's get it right.

Sooner rather than later would be nice but I'll take later if it's the difference between a top 25 offense versus a top 100.

To be honest, I hadn't kept up with USC's fortunes very well in the last few years. After looking at their offensive stats for the last 3 years, I see that offense was not normally their problem at all.

He is still young, but I guess he has proven himself enough. My biggest issue now is just is it the right fit, etc. Obviously, there is still a bad taste in many fans' mouths about previous attempts to hire him that were unsuccessful.

I have to agree with you. This might works its way out like the hiring of CJP. May not have been our #1, but end up being the best hire. I think Enos would be awesome, especially if Hurts would transfer. No disrespect to JG, but we saw how Dobbs could win games despite a quality line. I think Hurts could win us a few more games than JG.
