Maybe he see what is happening in NFL at Rams/Chiefs/Pats and understands where the game is going. Saban is doing it. Look at how hard Mizzu was to defend. People that act like an OK st offense wouldn't work haven't watched it. OK st is one of the few spread that implements a downhill run game with power to it. It would do just fine in this league

Doug Matthews saying that “whoever Pruitt hires will have to adopt what he wants to do” makes me think that it’s not Yurcich. Doesn’t seem like a fit at all. Cheney seems like a perfect fit. He gets a big raise, gets to coach QBs again, and gets to come back to Knoxville.

I think the mystery SEC OC candidate is Chaney or McClendon. Just my opinion.

Imo the only thing Pruitt will not approve of is an offense that can't run down hill and more importantly one they plays up temp all the time. The rest is semantics

Judging by how he is on each media members board now I'd say there is something there. my only question for anyone we hire that isn't a Chaney or Sark type scheme is how would they fit in with the rest of the staff without bringing anyone in? Or would they be able to if a Weinke follows Locks?

Or is this a prelude to the eventual transition with Joe Osovet years down the road? A thought that has come to mind now as I type
