'Traveler' is USC's mascot name...there's a coach, has been at USC, has been a lot of places, has SEC experience, and would require a ton of PR prep...Lane Kiffin. Probably not accurate, but who knows at this point.

We hired a defensive old school ball coach. It may take a little longer but we have to let him do it his way

Doug Matthews saying that “whoever Pruitt hires will have to adopt what he wants to do” makes me think that it’s not Yurcich. Doesn’t seem like a fit at all. Cheney seems like a perfect fit. He gets a big raise, gets to coach QBs again, and gets to come back to Knoxville.

Georgia is the model. Power run game, play action pass and that same 3-4 defense.

If he hire a Yurich or Briles or Freeze I think you can throw the "all he wants to do is run run run punt" theory out the door. Based on people he appears to be talking to he is looking for guys that can bring a strong pass game scheme and are hard to defend
