To be honest, Fulmer shouldn't be talking to any OC candidate.

My take on AV is he is probably one of our better bag men and I figure he pretty much knows most of what most other confidants that know anything inside the football program know. While he may not be kept abreast of all the details and developments in a particularly timely manner I suspect he’s more connected than 99.99% of the rest of us. Also my impression over time has always been that he’s a standup guy. My point is if I tell you one thing and AV tells you another, I don’t know about you but I’m going with AV. That doesn't mean it'll always work out, just a much higher probability. Jmo.

I would call Doug a credible source. He's very close to Fulmer.
