Maybe Saban tried but he took an NFL OC job instead. Not exactly a step down. This is quite the bass take, bass. Sark would be a great hire.
Maybe I’m wrong, I mean, what the heck do I know? I just remember Bama fans hating Sark and I live in atlanta surrounded by Falcons fans who hate him also.

I would be fine with Sark. He was very successful at the college level as an OC. That doesn't always translate to the NFL, but having "Falcons OC" on your resume definitely translates to 5 star recruits and their mamas.

I don't think there is any evidence he is about to be fired, his head coach isn't going anywhere. There is literally no reason for him to come here. Stupid rumor is stupid.
They are both very much on the hot seat. 100%. This is pretty common knowledge considering how much that team has underperformed the last two years.

I live in Alabama and don't remember Bama fans hating Sark at all, in fact a lot of them weren't happy with Kiffin at times and wanted Sark to call plays. Saban wanted to hire him, that tells me all I need to know about hiring him.

I’m skeptical. Imo, If Saban wanted him, he’d be at Alabama

Think about what you just wrote. His preference of the Maryland job over UT reflects more on his lack of judgement as opposed to UT's "ineptitude".

IMO, if Enos would rather go to Maryland, it's likely a sign that he and Pruitt would not be a good fit and it's probably a very safe bet he was never offered a job.

On the heels of one of the most heated and ugly HC coaches in NCAA history, we have yet another one that looks like we don’t know what we’re doing. I don’t think his judgement is the issue. He went to Bama didn’t he? Seems like he judged correctly. No, coaches talk and certain admins across the country have reputations of being great to work for and others are unbearable. We fall in the later. We don’t have a president or a chancellor and our ad is brand new learning on the job and our most well known donor family tried to hire condeleeza Rice as a coach! You don’t see the total ineptitude? We lucked out with Pearl and possibly Pruitt. We have NEVER hired anyone in any sport that was a splash. Pat Summit was hired at 21 years old! Who else? Maybe Majors? But for the past 10 years, our beloved university has botched more hires than they have gotten right. What have they done that gives you confidence that anyone is going to get this right without sheer luck? Lol. Nothing.
