Just typical Bama arrogance

I don't want this to turn into a "done deal," but I was told by an excellent source of mine, away from the Alabama program, on Sunday that he thought Hugh Freeze would get the Alabama job. I was referring to the UT search and how the hot name was Freeze for their OC position and he said "better watch out for Alabama there. I've heard it's "in the works." Another source speculated on Monday that the reason Freeze hadn't been hired anywhere was because the right job hadn't opened up for him yet. FSU, Tennessee, Liberty and I'm sure others are also being mentioned. There is a strong connection there with Jimmy Sexton and it's certainly something to watch.

Well if that is indeed the case then we are screwed because we have the worst negotiators that have ever existed the history of mankind. The Lane Kiffin and Derek Dooley contracts are prime examples.

Exactly. And how much do you bet that tennessee’s new overpaid unqualified coach just happens to be a Sexton “up and comer.”
