all sounds good, but if Locksley goes, isn't Enos really next in line to get the OC at Bama?Enos to UT would be awesome. Chances of getting younger Tua goes WAY UP and we likely get Hurts or another good grad transfer QB who would want to be coached by Enos. Likely helps with bigtime WR's like Hazelwood as well.
I've been a JG supporter all year but there is no comparison between he and Hurts, Hurts is better in most facets besides maybe protecting the football, JG through barely any picks this year but other than that Hurts is just a much more elite athlete in generalHe’s a better running back.
I think I’d take JG’s arm.
All together I think it’s a wash. Hurts gets the nod due to winning experience.

lot's of dominos here.
the more that fall, not sure how many wind up falling our way. i think if Enos is our guy, and that's who Pruitt wants, you go make the hire, let him finish coaching at Bama, but at least have the ability to tell recruits it's a done deal....even if it's not made public....
either way, i'm starting to get the feeling that this probably won't be "done" until January.....
I don’t know why Saban would require the coOC who doesn’t call plays to stay through their season.all sounds good, but if Locksley goes, isn't Enos really next in line to get the OC at Bama?

maybe. i think if we know who we want, why wait if we don't have to? even if he's going to stay on in current position until after the post season.....If so, that's a positive for us.

he wanted Lane to get out. thought he was a distraction at that point. not the same thing. Not necessarily. Saban let Joey Freshwater go early. I think it could be another double duty thing if its Enos. So that way our recruits who are signing on Dec 19 know who its going to be. Also read that Saban could be targeting Kingsbury for OC if Locksley bolts.
