And we would win championships. Hugh's offense with Pruitt's defense is a force. Would be possibly the best combination of offense and defensive coaching in the country. Nasty at every level. And they would get the talent.

Hugh Freeze makes too much sense and would be too successful of a hire. Therefore it will not happen, but he will go to Auburn or somewhere like that and be a miracle worker.

It doesn't take an insider to know Hugh would be interested in being TN OC. The question is does Pruitt want and will TN and SEC approve.

Hugh has spent a lot of time in this state. Loves TN. Would basically be HC of offense. He makes so much sense from a football standpoint and his Memphis/West TN ties. The guy snuck into our stadium when was younger. Of Course he is interested.

I think convincing the SEC might be easier than some of our administration.

Not to rain on the Freeze parade, but Ole Miss did go 5-7 in his last year and get blown out by Vandy and Miss St in his last two games... just saying.

Freeze never had a great running offense in the SEC from what I can recall. His passing attack was great though. We will really need to have some great WR/TE talent though.

The Chad Kelly years were great but they also had Treadwell, Moncrief, Engram, Metcalf, AJ Brown, etc
