So the big question is, how does this loss hurt us in recruiting? Many big time prospects at this game. And they just saw TN get demolished at home by Missouri.

Soo...It is really hard to feel positive and confident after a beatdown like this. How many of you guys think we will win next week now?

I hope that we can rebound from this. We really need the bowl practices and exposure. It is big, especially for the EEs we may sign. The more practice we can get the new talent coming in, the better for next seasons chances.

I'll say I think we play much better and find a way to win. It might be ugly though.

I don't think this game means that much in the big picture. But it might be the slice of humble pie we needed for Pruitt to get their attention again.

We constantly go through these phases as a program where everybody screams "We're back!" and our players think we've arrived and then we come out flat and have a let down.

Just want to see steady improvement. We beat Vandy and all is forgiven. Bowl season would be a blast and a great place to be.

Can't get this next recruiting class in here fast enough though.

When you build a strong OL and DL, you only need a few really high level players to compete. A team like that won't compete with Bama but it will compete with most of the teams they play.
I just believe we should be able to line up against teams like mizzou and beat them to a pulp. Our overall resources and team talent should be enough to whip these types of programs. I just don’t get it, they are a joke of a program imo

Obviously but what happened?

Got clotheslined in the head on a blind side blitz in the 1st drive. Should have been targeting but it wasn't called. Looked like he may have had a concussion then but played 2 more series and didn't look right. Finally got benched for Chryst.

They would be able to do that if we had invested in building OLs and DLs. We had two straight HCs that didn't do much for either line. Once you get past the LOS we have more talent than Mizzou but you can't do anything if you can't get past the LOS.

We are not that team you are imagining right now and neither are they.

They were rock solid on both sides of the ball. Flying around making plays. Their offensive line was really good. Their QB also raises them up a great deal and covers up lots of their weaknesses. But that's what good QBs do.

I don't like it one bit but I think they deserve a lot of the credit. They had one of those days where all the breaks fell their way and they capitalized.

We'll get em next year.

Well, I guess the consistency has really really helped them overachieve since entering the league. Program continuity is so damn vital for success. I’m honestly just impressed with what they’ve achieved to this point. They shouldn’t be as good as they are

Thanks I was wondering if it was that play because he played after it and then just never went back in.
