The mind is a powerful thing. It can cause you to quit something pretty quick, or it can push you through the toughest workouts or other obstacles in life.

Mind over matter...if you don't mind, then it dont matter.

People respond differently. Everyone is like “Deloaded... set PR on Monday.”

I deload and lose 10 pounds on my major lifts. I know others like this too. It bounces back though

Yeah some people hijack the thread cause they are having gifs problems. That guy took up like 4 pages. I was asking for a ban for the guy.

Nah. He was at the game to witness the butt whipping we put on Kentucky this past weekend, so he is feeling pretty good. I think he said he will be at the game this Saturday, too.

Naw... I moved on from that awhile ago. Can obviously get great results from it. I’m higher frequency in a variety of Rep ranges now.

Currently at 172 from 160 in January. Still undecided on Jan plans. May continue to bulk, may cut... depends on progress

Glad he’s healthy and happy with his family. If or when he’s ready to start posting again, his buddies will be happy.

I did it for my last cut and it was successful but improving my conditioning is my biggest priority to start the year so I’m leaning toward starting 5/3/1.

Game time is 3 p.m. Look for somewhat light skies with gradual darkening which is expected to continue through the evening. Expect Sunday morning to be noticeably brighter.

Question for y'all recruiting gurus....have Vols always been weak at recruiting Memphis area? Is it the distance or the competition from Miss State, Ole Miss, Bama? Secondly is CJP and crew making up ground there, or do we just make up WestTN deficiencies, by recruiting ATL and NW GA?
