I`m not talking about individual games or 2018 vs 2017. I`m talking about the sorry state of our football program in general. We are in a sad situation.
I have been a VOL fan since I was a kid. Have never seen anything like this.
No ground game against a lowly team with a losing record. WOW!

Not having Trey Smith, JJ or Chandler didn't help any. But yeah, today was definitely a regression.

I'm just as sorry, but that remains to be seen... We would probably be just as bad with Butch as coach and maybe even a little worse... When did Butch beat a ranked team on the road while at Tennessee? Never! (And yes, Auburn was ranked when we played them)

Wasn't the 49ers 14th in the nation against the run? I'm not too concerned, they didnt show anything on offense because they didnt need to. They will bubble screen a lot to finish out and take pressure off the O-line. We've already seen that work pretty well.

Our defense played 3 quarters of shutout football. This O-Line of ours, though, has some serious psychological issues. It isn't that they can't block, it's as if they refuse to block. Hell, anyone can throw their body in front of a defender and at least get in the way, but these guys won't even do that! Almost as if they're afraid of contact.

I think this team is far better than last season. We almost won last week against SC. Last years team didn't win an SEC games and most of the losses were wipeouts.

We rushed for 20 friggin yards against Charlotte.

We scored 7 offensive points against friggin Charlotte.

Were pitiful. I hope to God Pruitt can recruit and coach. I'm sick of this crap over the past 10 years

Basic fundamentals are still lacking. Still have faith in this staff but you can’t make 🐓 salad out of 🐓 💩.
