Weak minded throw up the hands quitter. If actual facts presented of how something doesn’t fit my all knowing narrative, then I just ignore it and insult people’s IQ.

You would think only knowing the last 12 years of the rivalry would make the younger generation of Vol fans hate Bama even more than the older generation.

From my Colorado trip. Brakes went out coming down the mountain. I feel you. My 72 year old uncle and his friend were thrown from the back seats and beaten up pretty good. I had to bandage a head wound on one of them and wait 1.5 hours to get them loaded into the ambulance. Shock was starting to set in before they got there.

Scary stuff. Hope your dad is ok.

Wooo that could of ended alot worse than it did. Some big ass mntns up there. Been watching some jeep vids on youtube.

He's tough. He was way back in a gorge. I was worried about him so I texted him. He managed to text me back that he needed help. I knew where he was going so I went after him. I don't know what he was thinking. I had to walk it out of a bad spot. Then he rode it out.
Prayers sent.

Someone asked earlier... maybe @barrylee, I generally don’t kill non-venomous snakes. Killed a couple when I first got here and it didn’t sit well with me. I will kill a non-endangered Venomous snake though... and they are all non-endangered here.

This one didn’t disturb me nearly as much as the baby cobra in my cupboard a few months back. My eyes never leave the ground when out doors, but with my pots and pans? Sheesh

You want to see my snake?

Struggling also. Need a Swanson post of assurance.
How’s this?

You’re a Vol! Born and bred. That’s damn awesome win or lose. We have unique colors, traditions, and history. There are ghosts buried underneath our stadium. When we rise, all will feel us. Regardless, make them all feel is now because we’re no bandwagon hitchhikers like the Bammers and Gators.

I would not be able to sleep.

Dont get all riled up it was fake. Some friends use to get each other with it. I left it for the girls at a party.

We play better on the road and don't forget a couple weeks ago we went to Auburn and thumped them pretty good. Auburn is much better than SC. We're going to make SC fans wish the black jerseys didn't exist. Saturday night is the beginning of the end of SC fans thinking they might be in the top 3 in the SEC East going forward for awhile. Muschamp's seat will get hot.

On the other hand, Pruitt will have taken a Tennessee team, with a very limited roster, on the road and gotten two huge conference road wins in back to back attempts. He'll be 2/3 in road games vs UGA, Auburn and USC, in his first season. REALLY good sign for the future.

Confidence will be high as we roll over Charlotte while looking forward to hosting UK and Mizzou, three straight weeks in Neyland. UK is about to come back down to earth in these next few weeks having to face Mizzou, UGA and UT in consecutive weeks. Very good chance they lose both of those games and are limping into Neyland, Vols will be ready to shut down their running game and will score enough to get that W.

Mizzou game in Knoxville will be our toughest challenge remaining but it's still a toss up at this point. And we're not losing to Vandy. They've lost 5 of their last 6 games and it's not getting any easier for them along the way.

Vols are going to win at least 4 of their last 5 with a good chance at a sweep with a W tomorrow. Which means recruiting will take off; Wright, Pappoe, Crouch, Bogle (lol Miami) and other studs will see the future is BRIGHT in Knoxville with this staff and they'll jump in the ship. The offseason will be a blast in the recruiting forum with 4 star after 4 star commit in the spring. We'll be predicting 10+ in 2019 by April. GBMFO
That's not gonna happen

Thanks for all the prayers. Update on dad. We took him to Cumberland county hospital. They did a CT scan and determined he had broken ribs 2-8. Thought it was serious enough to send him to UT by ambulance. They went over him pretty thorough. Took an additional xray. With rib fractures they are worried about him not breathing deep enough. They tested his breathing and he's slightly below what they'd like to see. So they may admit him to the ICU. He's in good spirits. Relatively pain free. They did give him some morphine in Crossville but nothing since. They're out of ER rooms over here so we're in the hall. Keep us in your prayers, please.
