While Debbie Ramirez's claims seem pretty problematic, I will grant that they are at least plausible. But can we dispense with any pretense that the Julie Swetnick accusations are even remotely credible?

The New York Times didn't take them serious - they investigated them, talked to dozens of people who should have knowledge and NONE supported the story. 5 people Ramirez said were there denied it.

The Avenatti stuff is ludicrous.

Which ones? The one from Yale where the girl said she wasn’t even certain if it was Kavanaugh who flashed his junk at her? Or the one from creepy porn lawyer who, after only ten hours after releasing his clients statement, had to make major changes to it because it smelled so bad?

What? Are you saying if you were a woman you wouldn't keep going back to high school parties(even though you were in college) where you claimed to routinely see rape trains run on the girls?

What kills me is people who say, "Why would she lie?" There are lots of reasons to lie, ranging from political to personal to financial. How much is that GoFundMe at now? Maybe she just wanted the attention?

I'm not saying she is lying, but there are numerous reasons as to why she would. The whole "you can't question the (alleged) victim" thing that seems to be the latest rage is complete BS. An investigation should not take sides.

Now that you put it that way. lol. Hey I have doubts about these accusations and I know the D's held off for maximum effect but I'm in no hurry to ram him through until they are investigated. If you don't think these very serious allegation should be investigated because you already claim them to be BS then what does that make you?
