Kavanaugh Confirmation

You don't wish to answer the question, that's cool. Otherwise, I don't know what either of those mean.
It's a play on the Clinton line, depends on what the definition of is is. Except in this case, it really does depends on the definition of slang terms. Idk...i thought it was clever.

I get it now. I still sense a deflection, but clever enough.

Took what and whom to trial? I just came for the three ways. ;)
Took anyone to trial for perjury based on their usage of those two terms, 38 years ago, as opposed to your supposed definitions.

You and I both know you'd never take the case, and would be laughed out of court if you did.

No, I wouldn't. Perjury cases need open and shut examples. If there is any wiggle room, the defendant will walk.

It's also another phrase for the Bermuda Triangle, which was REALLY popular folklore at the time. Is it more likely that they were talking about trains, or that they co opted a popular and mysterious name for a drinking game?

And... Counselor... If you took this to trial for perjury, what would happen?
And just like interpreting scripture. It doesn’t matter what it means now it matters what it meant then.

Kavanaugh lied under oath about the meaning of Boofing and Devil's triangle.. Also, a man involved in such things might possibly be drunk enough to do what Ms. Ford says he did.

Why not an investigation? I don't want a sexual molester on the Supreme court, REpublican or Democrat.
Just an ignorant comment.

Ok. Ill be straight. If those terms can be precisely defined and he lied under oath then perjury charges should be brought. If guilty, impeach.

Yeah, I think that's about the only right answer. If the motive was only to dispel a myth of childhood drinking, I'd say it was no big deal. But in the bigger picture, It's a bigger deal, in my opinion.

Watching now, this freaking Booker is funny. He is blaming the process, yet he is member that pushes the process.

Yeah, let's wait until you don't do your job, and then complain to yourself that you didn't do your job in a public forum. LOL

Funny, I don't like liars or those who prey on women either.

Interesting you turn a blind eye to the ones on a certain side of the political spectrum.
Yes, I'm a hypocrite, I voted for Hilary, whose husband was a good president but a horrible man. Either that or Grab 'em, Donald.
