Kavanaugh Confirmation

Honestly, it'd be a smart move, Ginsburg would probably be more apt to retire, even though he wouldn't qualify as direct ideological replacement.

There was talk at one point of him being nominated to the FBI. I'm not sure how true, but that might have been a decent move.

Interesting.

Also, I stand by what I said a few days ago on this matter. At this point and with how much the DNC has screeched for Garland, there is no chance in hell Trump nominates him for the SCOTUS. Even if he does "balance" the court if RBG was to retire, there is zero chance Trump will do it out of pure spite.

Yep! And right now I agree with that stance. I think Garland would be a fine justice and centrist. And I believe any chance he had went to hell over the last two weeks.

I agree, for the most part, although if Trump is as politically savvy as people have declared, I'd think nothing would be off-limits. That might be giving too much credit, though.

I think there was probably an agreement there, not sure that would be improper, though.
He was the most moderate one. I don't think there was some kind of agreement. A great morality test at the ballot box to determine the soul of America.

I thought the letter went to DF in July 2018. This letter is dated August 7, 2018

This woman supposedly has a PHD. My 16 year old daughter could have written a more comprehensible letter, and her penmanship is much better.
I believe her PhD is in the field of psychology. If that's true, she would definitely be nuts..

Same day she revised her letter...

Also, did she drive from California to take it? Since she's afraid of flying and had to delay the hearing...
